Return of products
Technoteam site is reserved to legal entities and persons acting for purposes relating to professional activities. Almost all items traded in Technoteam site are made to order and carry out critical functions for electrical safety. For these reasons, it is not foreseen the possibility for the customer to return the products ordered and the return is only allowed for materials received by mistakes not attributable to the Customer.
No item can be returned without Technoteam authorization number. This authorization is valid for fifteen days from its issuance. The products must be packed in such a way as to preserve the original integrity of the original packaging, they should not be used and must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Ruturns under guarantee
If possible, Technoteam replaces or repairs the products. Otherwise reimburse the paid price.
How to make a Return?

2. Downloaded the RMA.pdf document, fill it in and send it back to info@technoteam.eu
3. You will receive a notification by same means with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
